White Label gathers together people who have seen some stuff.

We don’t focus on where you’ve studied or worked before, we focus on the character and whether you can bring a unique angle to the team.

What makes you part of the crew?

Decoding the world

Curiosity is one of the attributes that is necessary to become a part of the team. You have to be willing to unravel the truth.

Good shit-filter

People at White Label have a good understanding of which ideas suck and which not. We don’t fall for misleading data, weak slogans or tangled strategies.

Committing idea suicide

Team members generate ideas and kill them. And then repeat the process. Nobody is allowed to take their ideas too seriously or believe that there is nothing better.

Ability to pull the trigger

When it comes to hard decisions, we make them. We do not put the load of choices on marketing people or CEOs. We are able to take charge and take the responsibility.

Dominating the stare-down

We don’t break under pressure. There are clients that will do everything in their power to change your mind. We might bend, but we sure as hell don’t break.

Vibe first, skills second

There is a “no dick policy” at White Label. You might be the most knowledgeable person on planet Earth, but if your character sucks, you suck.

The three values of White Label

No to bringing problems

It’s not gonna work well if you can only identify problems. You also need to identify solutions and package them in a comprehensible and actionable manner.

No to coming unprepared

Nobody needs the blah-blah type of strategy. Our job is to deliver, no excuses. Always come to meetings with a clear insight.

No to stopping half-way

Nobody needs strategies that are half-made. Nobody needs strategies that are half-executed. Always finish what you started.

Why work at White Label

A central office location, bringing dogs to work and free coffee is obvious – here are the most valuable aspects of our work environment.

Fast-forward learning

We prefer a learning by doing principle; therefore, there’s a lot of innovation happening in our own work every day. You’ll get to be a part of it and learn fast yourself.

Meet industry leaders

White Label works with company leaders and C-level management; therefore, you’ll meet them and get to experience selling ideas to the main decision makers.

Dive deep into any field

Your days will be quite diverse and you’ll experience working with clients from industries you don’t know much about – one day it might be poultry farms, the other – fibre glass.

Rationality and creativity

You’ll get to work with strategy, creative and design projects across all disciplines – from print craft to digital.

Freedom of speech

We have a culture of giving and getting criticism aimed at developing effective ideas, not your personality. You’ll learn not to get too attached to your ideas and move forward with the best ones.

Unconventional team events

On top of it all – we like to spend our time going shooting, paint-balling as well as organising laser tag in our office.
