Ainars is one of the most experienced and influential marketing communication experts.Throughout more than 20 years of active work he made fundamental strategical concepts foralmost all of the biggest Latvian brands. Rīgas Balzams, Laima, Aldaris, Ādažu čipsi, Lauma is justa few of them. Alongside he created new brands for Baltic and Russian markets.

Ainars was the president of Advertising Association of Latvia and member of jury for manyadvertising festivals.

He is a founder of McCann Worldgroup Latvia - a company that unifies many different agencies- advertising, PR, identity, packaging design. And strategy. Of course.

Tatjana is a strategist with over nine years of expertise in data- driven consulting. She has experience in banking, telecommunications and FMCG projects. Tatjana has been part of multiple pan- Baltic consulting projects and also was strategist for various accounts in the DDB Latvia.Her studies in Sociology have cultivated a strong instinct for finding social behavior and consumer insights. 

Her professional career is not limited by developing strategies and stretches to educating wider audiences in form of giving presentations at "Champion Breakfast" and taking part in workshops within the annual creativity event "Radi".Tatjana is best described by being on a constant surge to widen her professional knowledge and crafting her expertise.

Bruno joins White Label as strategist with significant experience in developing both brand and campaign strategies.  Previously, Bruno filled a position of strategic director at Guilty'Grey leading a team of three. 


He has worked with clients across variety of industries such Altum, Aldaris, Latvenergo, Spilva and others. Brunos holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. He displays keen interest not only in quantitative analysis and in depth market research, but also in developing creative strategies.

Having a London-stamped BA in Marketing and Management and a little bit of agency experience, she has managed to shift from being a great help to senior strategists to becoming an essential part of various client projects. Whether it's a fresh thought or admitting she's wrong, she'll stay true to good ideas and stand up for those who make them.
